Thorsten French Music

Thorsten French is a music collective founded by Thorsten M French,

 his biological daughter Jessica Maria French Rodriguez, and Carla Grant.

Story

Thorsten M French discovered his passion for writing at an early age, starting with poetry before moving into songwriting.

As a child, he sang in the choir of an American school and later studied alto saxophone with a private teacher.

At 15, he formed his first rock band as keyboard player and vocalist. At 17, he recorded his first demo at Völker Studios and later presented it to Nosie Katzmann. Before that, he had signed a recording contract with Jones & Jones Records.

Together with singer Claudia Feller, he performed in clubs and music venues.

Music

Over the years, Thorsten M French has written more than 800 songs, including lyrics, arrangements, instrumentals, and remixes.

He has also worked as a ghostwriter for other artists under confidentiality agreements.

Thorsten M French describes his work as driven by honesty, authenticity, and artistic independence.

Today

Thorsten French Music is a growing international collective with more than 60 members from different musical and creative backgrounds.

He continues to collaborate with various artists, including his daughter Jessica Maria French Rodriguez.

Charity Project (Jamaica)

The project supports humanitarian efforts connected to Jamaica.

Revenue from selected streams and music sales is used to support aid efforts, including food, clothing, and building materials following Hurricane Melissa.
