3. Bestellvorgang und Vertragsschluss / Order Process and Contract Formation
Mit dem Klick auf „Kaufen“ geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf der ausgewählten MP3-Dateien ab. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald die Zahlung erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde und die MP3-Datei zum Download bereitgestellt wird.

4. Preise und Bezahlung / Prices and Payment
Alle Preise sind Endpreise (gemäß §19 UStG Kleinunternehmerregelung ohne Ausweis der Mehrwertsteuer). Die Bezahlung erfolgt über die im Shop angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden.

5. Lieferung / Delivery

7. Nutzungsrechte / Usage Rights
Mit dem Kauf erhalten Sie ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht zur privaten Nutzung der MP3-Dateien. Eine Weitergabe, Vervielfältigung oder kommerzielle Nutzung ist ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung des Anbieters nicht gestattet.

8. Haftung / Liability
Für Schäden durch unsachgemäße Nutzung der MP3-Dateien wird keine Haftung übernommen. Bei Ausfällen des Shops oder technischen Problemen besteht kein Anspruch auf Schadenersatz.
